      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage environmental permitting, regulatory strategy development, and compliance for energy-related projects
      - Develop and maintain environmental policy and procedures manuals to ensure compliance
      - Prepare applications for project permitting with federal and state regulatory agencies
      - Oversee firms conducting environmental surveys and prepare necessary documentation
      - Prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates for client contracts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Geology, or a related field
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in environmental and cultural resource consulting or NEPA documentation for oil and gas projects
      - Advanced knowledge of environmental compliance and permitting regulations
      - Strong project management skills and experience in business development
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including advanced technical writing abilities

      - Familiarity with requests for proposals, invitations for bid, and tendering offers
      - Experience in managing client relationships within the energy services industry
      - Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple work assignments effectively
