      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical and clinical expertise in the design, programming, testing, and implementation of Epic applications
      - Validate and resolve application-related issues in collaboration with stakeholders
      - Communicate effectively with team members and keep end users informed of ticket statuses
      - Perform quality assurance and integrated testing on all builds
      - Support training development and optimize Epic applications to meet end-user needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Clinical Information Systems, Informatics, Information Technology, or a Clinical Role; or Technical License; or High School Diploma with 8 years of progressive healthcare experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Epic systems build experience with appropriate training/certifications in at least one application area
      - At least 5 years of progressive healthcare experience, preferably in an Integrated Delivery Network
      - Experience leading integrated workgroups and participating in formal and informal workgroups
      - Completion of Change Acceleration Process Training, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, or Six Sigma Green Belt within 180 days, and Epic Badge within 180 days

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an Integrated Delivery Network in clinical care or operations
      - Advanced certifications or additional training relevant to Epic applications
      - Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows and enhance user experiences
