What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, configure, test, and maintain Epic Beaker clinical/anatomic path and blood bank software
- Collaborate with lab and clinical teams to ensure software meets operational specifications
- Conduct ongoing maintenance and configuration updates for Epic Beaker and Blood Bank applications
- Create test scripts, timelines, and plans for application changes, and perform testing of system configurations
- Provide tier-two support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent years of experience
- Epic Certification must be maintained per Epic Corporation Standards
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience with Epic Beaker CP, AP, Blood Bank, or Molecular software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated analytical thinking
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a matrixed environment
