      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the configuration, implementation, and support of the Beaker Epic application in alignment with user needs
      - Analyze system requirements and conduct workflow analysis to enhance user experience
      - Facilitate problem resolution and provide support to end-users regarding Epic system issues
      - Contribute to and manage medium to large-scale projects, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders
      - Initiate process improvements and evaluate new technologies to enhance operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic environments
      - Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
      - Epic Application Certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5-8 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
      - 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or a relevant field
      - Epic Beaker Certification/Accreditation
