What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in designing, building, configuring, and maintaining Epic Willow and other pharmacy systems to support clinical and operational workflows
- Review and analyze workflows supported by assigned products and their relationship to technical environments
- Collaborate with customers and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements
- Provide user support and assist with onboarding and training as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting under guidance from senior team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Experience with Epic Pharmacy applications (Epic Willow certification preferred)
- Familiarity with Omnicell-Epic interface preferred
- Strong technical analysis and problem management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in testing and quality assurance for healthcare applications
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with users and stakeholders
- Knowledge of configuration management and planning for healthcare IT systems
- Experience in leading projects and delegating tasks within a technical team
