  Job Duties and Responsibilities
  
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Debugging technical and functional issues in ERP modules
  • Custom development of RICE elements including reports, integration using PL/SQL, extensions, and customizations
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting Oracle ERP
  • Creating Oracle SR/Case with respective vendors, troubleshooting and resolving Incidents that are assigned
  • Primary/secondary On-Call duties
  
  Skills, Experience and Requirements
  
  
  Education and Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP technology
  • Experience in PL/SQL, SQL, Unix, and Oracle development tools like forms, reports, OAF
  • Oracle ERP technical support experience in analyzing & understanding Concurrent programs, interfaces, reports, BI reports, Java, forms
  Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good debugging skills, functional knowledge of O2C(OM, INV), P2P (PO, iProc), and Financial Modules (AR, AP, GL) with two or more modules preferred
  • Oracle EDI configuration and EDI mapping experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work independently with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  Salary Ranges
  
  Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $125,000.00/Year

  The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
  This will be posted for a minimum of 3 days or until the position is filled.
  
  
  Education and Experience:
