Proactive create Kiosk sales pipeline to share with the European subsidiaries
Reactively assist Kiosk business opportunities created by European subsidiaries.
Recruit channel partners to actively sell Kiosk
Engage, recruit and manage Pan EU end users primarily in QSR, with a focus on Retail, Travel, Healthcare
Research and identify new end user business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or support in identifying new ways of reaching existing markets pan Europe.
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation.
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
Engage HQ Global and Product teams to regularly share market insights, trends and product strategies.
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.
Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate.
Help to plan sales campaigns.
- Increase sales of the European business.
Energetic, ambitious, driven, adaptable, delivery focussed entrepreneurial flair.
Experience in influencing and dealing with key decision makers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong technical and sales understanding of Kiosk, POS and hospitality verticals
A proven track record of successfully managing end user sales, external partnerships and driving business opportunities.
Solid analytical capabilities to understand and present success metrics for business opportunities.
Strong presentation skills with analytic and logical thinking.
Expandable understanding on IT and displays technologies.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point & Excel.
The successful candidate to have developed relationships with all European subsidiaries, understand who to work with in each region and agreed a proactive strategy for Kiosk
To have mapped top businesses for kiosk in each region and potential channel partners that operate within these markets.
All proactive business development activities to be measured bi-weekly and reported back to senior management.
An agreed sales pipeline to be reviewed on a bi-weekly basis to ensure you are heading towards the company goals as well as your personal goals.

Position Summary
EDO (European Display Organisation) offers leadership, guidance, expertise and support of the sales & product marketing strategies for Samsung Electronics Display across Europe.
The Display business is one of the fastest growing, most profitable and most diverse business units within Samsung Electronics. Focusing primarily on the Samsung Kiosk product offering. You will be targeting customers and partners, including, multi-national corporations, within the hospitality, retail, travel and healthcare sector looking to deploy self-service kiosks and other display technologies, a day in the Display team is rarely the same. As a central point in Europe we help to translate the global strategy into local execution through product, sales, retail and marketing in order to deliver excellence in execution.
As a team of 35 people we have a genuine passion for innovation and a desire to propel Samsung to a true number one position in the category across Europe.
We are investing heavily in our Product, Brand and Marketing agenda in Europe to drive the execution of our strategic products. Continued investment in industry leading product means our next product launch is never far away.
This role will also provide the successful candidate links to local subsidiary Sales teams - regular, direct interaction to shape, agree and closely monitor the execution of our sales strategy will be a priority and therefore European and some international travel will be required. The product set will specifically be the Samsung Kiosk with additional focus Large Format LCD/LED (both indoor and outdoor) and MagicInfo which is Samsung’s proprietary content delivery and remote management solution.Role and Responsibilities
