      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Strategic advancement of evaluation and research
      - Implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans
      - Develop and implement tools for data collection and analysis
      - Deliver trainings on monitoring, evaluation, and research
      - Contribute to proposal development for ongoing support of programming

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post graduate degree in a social science or related field
      - Five years of professional experience in research and evaluation
      - Demonstrated experience with research methodologies and software
      - Experience working in intercultural settings with diverse teams
      - Fluency in English, additional language skills preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Doctoral level training in a related field
      - Additional years of professional experience in research and evaluation
      - Demonstrated success in writing proposals and publications
      - Experience working with refugees or survivors of torture
      - Ability to conduct statistical analyses and qualitative research
