What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Facilitate communication within the rapidly growing Engineering organization
- Coordinate with external partners and internal PR teams for speaking engagements
- Oversee day-to-day administration of the organization
- Plan travel, offsites, team events, and other organizational activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience supporting C-level executives overseeing organizations with 250+ employees
- Proven track record in high-growth or hyper-growth organizations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Positive energy and ability to foster a thriving work environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting CTOs or senior Engineering leaders
- Familiarity with working with distributed offices and remote employees
