- Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and timely communication of updates or changes.
- Draft, edit, and manage key internal and external communications while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Prepare briefing documents and materials to support executive meetings with internal teams, customers, partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.
- Maintain CRM-style records for key external relationships and track executive interactions.
- Coordinate executive participation in industry events, conferences, and press engagements.
- Lead planning and content coordination for employee-facing events such as All Hands, Town Halls, Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, and team offsites.
- Organize and execute team morale activities and leadership development events.
- Drive initiatives to support mentoring, focus group discussions, and employee engagement programs, including tracking and acting on employee morale metrics.
- Track and report progress on key initiatives and organizational OKRs; flag risks or blockers to leadership.
- Maintain executive dashboards, status trackers, and Confluence pages related to business priorities.
- Identify operational process gaps and propose data-driven solutions to increase efficiency and impact.
- Manage T&E (travel and expense) submissions and approvals, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines and business relevance.
- Partner with finance and operations to monitor team spend and drive process improvements where needed.
- Collaborate across functions and teams to gather and synthesize strategic insights.
- Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure smooth communication and initiative alignment.
- Interface with recruiting teams to manage hiring workflows and track hiring metrics against approved headcount plans.
- Support internal mobility and succession planning initiatives; help drive onboarding for senior-level hires.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience for senior hires, from interview coordination through onboarding.
- Mentor and coach other Executive Assistants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance EA community.
- 3–5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven project management skills with an ability to track complex initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; ability to work across organizational levels with tact and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex topics into clear, actionable messaging.
- Deep discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
- Experience with tools like Confluence, Workday, expense platforms, and CRM systems is a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
