- Provide strategic administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination (domestic and international), expense processing, and executive communications.
- Serve as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication across the board.
- Prepare high-quality materials such as presentations, agendas, briefing documents, and follow-ups for leadership meetings.
- Support cross-functional coordination, helping manage key initiatives and keeping the President and leadership team aligned on deliverables and timelines.
- Organize and execute team offsites, town halls, board meetings, and other high-profile engagements.
- Uphold discretion and confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
- Collaborate effectively with the President’s broader support network and HelloFresh teams across departments and regions to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities.
- Anticipate needs and act with initiative to resolve issues and improve executive workflow and team connectivity.
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a global or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, time zones, and complex schedules with precision and calm.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and foster positive working relationships across teams.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Concur).
- Self-starter with strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a strong desire to support, partner, and contribute beyond the core EA responsibilities.

The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the President of HelloFresh Group, ensuring day-to-day effectiveness through outstanding support, coordination, and execution. This is a high-impact role that requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. You’ll work closely not only with the President, but also with other senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and global partners.
