What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the CFO’s calendar, ensuring alignment with financial reporting and planning cycles
- Prepare and manage financial communications, meeting invites, and presentation materials
- Plan and execute finance team meetings, offsites, and all-hands sessions, including agenda management
- Lead or support special projects assigned by the CFO, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
- Serve as a liaison across internal teams and with external partners for smooth collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives; 3+ years in a tech environment preferred
- Strong interest in finance and desire to deepen understanding of financial processes and terminology
- Advanced proficiency in calendar management and presentation tools (e.g., Google Workspace)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information

- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
