Job Description

- Generally, manage a day in the life for the CEO and work closely with the office of the CEO (2 business managers)
- Gatekeeper of all contact with the public, clients and staff coming through the executive’s office
- General office support for CEO (+ Business Manager who supports CEO) to include phone coverage, printing, etc
- Manage extensive and complex calendar for Senior Executive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Coordinate and organize senior meetings and logistics
- Coordinate client meetings and collection of briefing materials
- Arrange and maintain extensive travel plans and itineraries for both international and domestic travel
- Plan and lead events as needed
- Strong personal leadership, ability to work independently and effectively in a demanding, changing environment
- Highest caliber of client/people awareness and ability to provide a positive impression of the CEO office at all times
- Exceptional travel planning skills and knowledge
- Detailed and strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan complex and large events
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence including a sensitivity around confidential information
- Fluency in all Microsoft office products
- Strong depth of JPMorgan Chase institutional knowledge and proven ability to navigate the firm fluidly
