The Sr Executive Operations Manager is a key member of T-Mobile’s Office of the CFO (OCFO), responsible for maintaining and planning operational tasks and strategic initiatives, including developing content and driving engagement for the Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain (FP&SC) leadership team.
As a trusted thought partner, this individual leads a wide range of activities including the planning and execution of administrative, budgetary, and operational programs—such as internal communications, leadership presentations, event planning, and enterprise-level initiatives. This role offers a broad view of the entire organization and provides the opportunity to make a direct impact at the highest level of the company.
This individual will collaborate closely with the FP&SC Chief of Staff and senior leaders, ensuring the execution of business priorities, alignment of cross-functional stakeholders, and delivery of consistent, high-quality operations that support organizational effectiveness.

      Un-carrier® Responsibilities

      • Lead executive operations and strategic planning for the FP&SC leadership team, including business planning, executive support, and coordination of critical initiatives. May act as a proxy for the Chief of Staff when appropriate.
      • Develop high-impact leadership communications and content, including executive presentations, internal briefings, talking points, and messaging that reflet the executives’ voice and align with the OCFO communication strategy.
      • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across senior leadership teams and business units. Navigate organizational structures to ensure alignment, ownership, and execution of key deliverables.
      • Drive operational excellence through management system oversight, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and accountability in business rhythms, tools and processes.
      • Lead and manage strategic projects and high-visibility programs, applying strong problem-solving skills and judgment in environments with complexity and ambiguity.
      • Provide ad-hoc operational support to the FP&SC executive team, responding to evolving priorities with urgency, discretion, and adaptability.

      The Experience You’ll Bring

      • 7–10 years of progressive experience in executive operations, program management, business planning, or organizational leadership.
      • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently across all levels of the organization—including senior and executive leadership.
      • Deep understanding of finance, procurement, and supply chain business operations and what drives performance in those functions.
      • Validated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives while leading multiple stakeholder perspectives and aligning priorities.
      • Exceptional organizational and project management skills to drive structured execution in a dynamic environment.
      • Skilled in developing high-impact, executive-ready presentations, briefings, and messaging that are concise, data-informed, and audience-aligned.
      • Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive outcomes across teams without direct authority.
      • Bachelor’s Degree required (in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field); Master’s Degree preferred.

Enough About What You’ve Done. Let’s Talk About Who You Are.

      • You’re a strategic communicator who brings clarity to complexity—whether through written content, executive briefings, or cross-functional dialogue.
      • You’re data-driven and confident using both numbers and narrative to guide decisions and shape strategy.
      • You understand the financial engine of a business—from budget cycles to operational results—and can connect day-to-day operations with long-term impact.
      • You thrive in high-performing, constantly evolving environments. Structure energizes you, but you’re equally comfortable leading through change.
      • You’re a collaborator by nature. You build strong cross-functional relationships and can navigate executive-level conversations with credibility and ease.
      • You’re comfortable with ambiguity and complexity. Where others hesitate, you dive in—ready to solve problems, simplify, and move things forward.

        • At least 18 years of age
        • Legally authorized to work in the United States
