What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, reports, and correspondence
- Draft discovery pleadings and assist clients in collecting and preparing necessary documents
- Prepare attorneys for hearings, trials, conferences, and mediations, attending when required
- Monitor case court dockets and update electronic tracking databases for assigned cases
- Communicate effectively with clients to support them throughout their family law journey

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a family law paralegal
- Extensive knowledge of the Texas Family Code and legal terminology relevant to family law
- At least 2 years of direct experience working in family law in Texas, with an additional 3+ years in the field
- Highly organized and able to multi-task proficiently
- Strong collaborative interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
