What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide the implementation of FEMA-funded disaster recovery projects, overseeing resource distribution within functional areas
- Provide strategic guidance to clients and subrecipients on FEMA Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation programs
- Develop project plans, including goals, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and reporting to senior management
- Conduct Benefit Cost Analysis to support client applications and project execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree and 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Strong understanding of FEMA's regulatory requirements for grant funding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and work in a team environment
- Advanced time management skills with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree from an accredited university or relevant advanced degrees and certifications
- 4+ years of Project Management experience with FEMA programs at local, state, or federal levels
- Advanced knowledge of FEMA Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs
