  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide training and support to customers on SOPHiA GENETICS solutions
  - Build effective relationships with clients and monitor customer feedback on product usage
  - Contribute to the development of laboratory documents and train internal and external collaborators
  - Gather customer feedback for product design improvement and communicate needs to the development team
  - Participate in ongoing laboratory projects and provide hands-on support during customer visits
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Master's degree in Life Sciences; PhD preferred
  - Hands-on experience with NGS library preparation and capture
  - Experience with liquid handling robots (Hamilton, Beckman, etc.) is a strong plus
  - Excellent customer relations and service skills
  - Willingness to travel to various locations for training and customer support (minimum 50% travel)
