What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Target and prospect within a defined set of industry account targets in the LATAM region
- Build Account Plans for Target Accounts and work with established partner networks to open new accounts
- Negotiate complex deals and lead the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to drive improvement and achieve revenue targets
- Provide comprehensive sales reports to senior management while overseeing customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 - 15 years of direct B2B software sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling enterprise software, preferably operational, risk, or compliance systems
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 30%) within the territory
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience closing business in Latin America, specifically Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina
- Experience in selling to Operations, IT, Digital Transformation, and Compliance executives
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com as a CRM
- Strategic sales planning expertise and complex negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively
