What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate customers on all products and services offered by the employer, including inventory financing and ancillary products
- Develop and execute an aggressive sales plan within a defined market to achieve target volumes
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to build new relationships and increase loan volume
- Manage customer experience and engagement throughout the dealer lifecycle
- Collaborate with auction general managers to maximize business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license required for safe driving
- Experience in outside sales and portfolio management
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-driven work environment
- Proficiency in learning company operating and reporting systems, including Microsoft SalesForce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience in outside sales and portfolio management
- 3+ years of experience in finance or the auto industry
- Sales management skills, including lead development and customer contracting
- Strong ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
