What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate, recommend, and develop business process improvements, including detailed workflow diagrams and project plans
- Conduct detailed needs assessments for proposing systems and business solutions by collaborating with senior business leaders and team members
- Oversee the acquisition, set-up, and ongoing support of recommended property hardware and configurations
- Coordinate systems upgrades, conversion, and installations based on business needs and requirements
- Develop technical reports, documents, user support, and training manuals to assist with system and software training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in business analysis and systems development
- Strong communication skills to interact with senior business leaders and team members
- Ability to evaluate and recommend upgrades based on business needs
- Familiarity with systems development methodology standards and procedures
- Experience in preparing functional program specifications for reports and interfaces
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supervising or providing leadership to junior Business & Systems Analysts
- Background in real estate or property management systems
- Knowledge of current technology trends and systems options in the real estate industry
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
