What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary finance business partner for the Global Customer Experience Leadership Team
- Lead financial planning and forecasting for the Customer Success and Renewals organization
- Own the monthly close, forecast, and annual budget processes
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on retention performance and customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SaaS Finance, including budgeting and forecasting
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, renewal rates, and retention analysis
- Proven ability to collaborate across business units and partner with executive leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or advanced degree
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Experience with MSF PowerBI or Business Intelligence tools
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis tools (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, Oracle)
