What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with financial and variance analysis for Local Systems and HSHS affiliates
- Provide refined analysis of monthly operations to support accountability reporting
- Maintain and support the ongoing operational functionality of Axiom software
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and organizational policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, statistics, healthcare, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis
- Proficiency in financial reporting and variance analysis
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Axiom software or similar financial analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to improve financial processes and outcomes
- Additional certifications in finance or accounting are a plus
