      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the financial planning and forecasting process across multiple business areas, including annual budgeting and long-term financial planning
      - Develop and maintain tools and models for reporting actual and forecast data
      - Create financial reports and dashboards using Power BI, Costpoint BI, and Excel to provide actionable insights
      - Forecast cash flow using direct and indirect methods, maintaining cash modeling
      - Collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with business objectives and monitor key financial metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate FP&A or a similar role in a government contracting environment
      - Strong expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, including financial statement modeling and indirect rate modeling
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP system
      - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of database and data warehouse architecture, design, and best practices
      - Strong data analysis capabilities, including experience with data processing and dashboarding in Power BI or similar tools
