What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain data integrity of the hospital's cost accounting system by performing regular data checks
- Document changes to data structures and process flows
- Collaborate with Information Technology and Analytics partners to resolve questions and issues
- Conduct routine database maintenance and troubleshoot system issues
- Test, analyze, and implement system upgrades or modifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient in Strata/EPSi, EPIC, and Lawson
- Proven proficiency in cost accounting design/methodology
- Experience in maintaining healthcare decision support systems or SQL databases
