      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, recommend, monitor, and report on complex transportation operating program budgets
      - Provide financial management and analyses for complex programs and projects
      - Conduct research and analysis on fiscal and financial policy issues
      - Identify and advise on potential budget overruns, revenue shortfalls, and other financial problems
      - Support information management and reporting requirements to various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field
      - Three (3) years of professional experience in budget development and management, financial analysis, or accounting
      - Technical skill in analyzing large data sets and presenting results clearly
      - Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel and MS Word
      - Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with transportation projects or other large, complex public operating or capital projects/programs
      - Strong customer service skills and excellent organizational abilities
