What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses based on monthly financial results against budget, forecast, and prior year
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business problems into specific questions for analytics
- Build financial and operating models to provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions
- Collaborate with finance team members to improve processes and address challenges
- Maintain forecasts and prepare budgets to manage OPEX spend within respective cost centers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 4-6 years of experience in Public Accounting/Consulting or a similar Analyst role
- CPA (or equivalent) designation preferred
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Effective communication and influencing skills

- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Interest in the HR/Professional Services industry
- Experience in a fast-paced, challenging environment
