What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, analyze, and present complex financial information to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Provide financial support including oversight of the monthly close process and coordination of the annual budget process
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and annual audit schedules
- Conduct various financial analyses to inform leadership teams
- Maintain confidentiality while working independently to meet project deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of accounting or financial analysis experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial applications and processes
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- Computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience in healthcare financial reporting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access and Microsoft PowerPoint
