What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and analyses to support revenue growth strategy and capital expenditures
- Analyze and present financial data and key business metrics to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Build a transparent financial framework to help identify additional opportunities for investment and growth
- Assist in preparing the annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to deliver management reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Finance or a related field
- 3+ years of investment banking, private equity, and/or Corporate FP&A experience
- Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and problem-solving
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and resourceful
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior small company or start-up experience
- Experience with SQL, Looker, Power BI, and/or NetSuite
