      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with centralized budgeting and forecasting across over 350 locations
      - Conduct monthly reporting and variance analysis on assigned General Ledger accounts
      - Analyze and report on assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monthly
      - Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of data and reports to ensure accuracy and reasonableness
      - Undertake additional duties as assigned by management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting hospital operations in a finance capacity
      - Strong financial acumen, including variance analytics, budgeting, and forecasting skills
      - Excellent problem-solving, process improvement, and organizational skills
      - Expertise in Microsoft software products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA is preferred
      - Experience in the veterinary or human healthcare sector is a strong plus
      - Proven ability to present concepts and results effectively
