      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform FP&A duties for US Pelvic Health Sales Leadership and Sales Force
      - Analytical support for national and regional sales initiatives
      - Development and maintenance of annual sales quotas
      - Measurement & analysis of territory, district, and regional performance
      - Collaborate on the creation of annual Sales Force expense budgets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree required with a minimum of 4+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting in the Medical device or regulated industry
      - OR Advanced Degree with a minimum of 2+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting in the Medical device or regulated industry
      - Strong business acumen and ability to influence key stakeholders
      - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Experience in a fast-paced high-technology environment, preferably in the medical device industry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with financial planning and reporting functions
      - Demonstrated ability in financial analytics that drive business performance
      - Systems experience with SAP, Essbase/Hyperion & Business Objects
