      Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the finance department with primary responsibility for supporting our Growth Organization. This is a key role that will be focused on forecasting, budgeting, variances, analysis, and financial modeling. This Senior Financial Analyst will present key findings to all levels of management around trends and patterns. They will also be tasked to do ad-hoc reporting on a weekly, monthly basis. The position requires strong financial modeling and analysis experience as well as a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.

      To be qualified for this position you:
      • Have a minimum of 5 years progressive finance business experience.
      • Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
      • Have a deep understanding of revenue recognition policies & the ability to discuss them with finance and non-finance leaders alike.
      • Must be willing and able to immerse yourself in the details while keeping in mind the big picture.
      • Are well versed in Excel; V-Lookups, modeling, graphing, tables, calculations, automation, etc.
      • Have strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
      • Are skilled with PowerPoint and are comfortable presenting to executive level leadership.
      • Can thrive working in a collaborative environment that is every changing.
      • Use a value-add approach to bringing solutions; analytical.


      You will set yourself apart with:
      • Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning.
      • Experience managing revenue and forecasting.
      • IT services industry experience.
      • Accounting or audit experience.
      • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
      • Natural curiosity and a proactive drive to improve understanding and processes.


      You will be:
      • Working alongside the Senior Finance Manager assisting in all revenue planning functions including annual budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. This includes key drivers of revenue performance such as pipeline development, bookings, and backlog.
      • Leading and collaborating in discussions with business leaders to help them understand how operational decisions and accounting policies will impact our revenue & growth.
      • Partnering with Growth Leaders across multiple functions to gather and synthesize information for revenue planning.
      • Presenting revenue and growth information to key stakeholders across the organization
      • Preparing models and ad hoc analysis for business leaders.
      • Proactively identifying areas for further analysis and research to enhance revenue planning processes, quality, and accuracy.
      • Supporting the Senior Finance Manager with other duties or projects as needed.
