What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and customize the ApptioOne platform based on organizational requirements
- Monthly operationalization of data by loading, validating, and reviewing in a timely manner
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and business leaders to understand requirements and incorporate feedback
- Develop and generate reports using ApptioOne to provide insights into IT cost structures and resource utilization
- Analyze data trends and recommend strategic improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an ApptioOne TBM Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of IT Services and financial management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong to expert-level skills and experience in MS Excel
- Infrastructure background

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Certification in Apptio or related TBM Tools
- ITIL Certification
