What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate strong partnerships with Technology leadership to provide strategic thought partnership and deliver data-driven insights
- Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast variances and deliver insightful commentary to management
- Support Cimpress Technology budgeting and forecasting, utilizing strong modeling skills
- Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve and automate financial processes
- Drive ad-hoc analysis and projects in conjunction with the broader central FP&A team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar field
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in a finance role, with at least 2-3 years in a dedicated FP&A role
- Familiarity with major technology cost drivers (e.g., Cloud Spend, Software Capitalization) is highly desired
- Strong verbal and developing written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning software and ERP systems
