      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide financial oversight on contract execution, including maintenance of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
      - Prepare monthly outlook forecasts for Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, and Throughput
      - Establish and maintain a compliant EVM system, including budget baselines and Estimate at Completions (EAC)
      - Lead a team of analysts in monthly, quarterly, and yearly Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) business rhythms
      - Collaborate with the Program Management team to resolve issues in a dynamic work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Financial Planning & Analysis experience
      - Proficiency in preparing Monthly Outlooks, Long Range Plans, and Contract Status Reports
      - Working knowledge of EVMS principles and application to financial processes
      - Experience with COBRA, SAP, and Hyperion
      - Strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with multiple contract types and familiarity with contract language/proposal processes
      - Background in Cost Control, Risk Identification, and Management
