What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop detailed financial models to evaluate ROI, investment opportunities, and pricing strategies
- Provide financial support for new business initiatives and strategic projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role
- Strong understanding of financial concepts including ROI, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Excel for financial analysis and data management
- Excellent communication skills to distill complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a SaaS, utilization revenue, or payments business model
- Strong experience with FP&A platforms such as Planful or Adaptive Insights
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau for impactful dashboards
- Familiarity with AI tools and techniques to optimize analytical capabilities
