      We are hiring a Senior FP&A (m./f.) dedicated to RSC (Rolling Stock Components).

      Location : Gennevilliers (Paris area) or hybrid (remotely based + occasional travel to HQ & sites)

      Transit segment in Wabtec Corporation is built up of 4 Divisions: RSC (Rolling Stock Components), Brakes & Couplers, PMC (Power & Mobility Components) & Transit Services.

      RSC products are mainly train doors, metro station doors, passengers/security information management, air conditioning & pantographs amongst others.

      Job Description

      The position will principally support Power Collection & Information Solutions product lines but may require support to other product lines (Access + HVAC) on an as needed basis. It will report to the RSC CFO and will collaborate closely with Power Collection P/L CFO & IS P/L CFO & other key business partners/stakeholders.

      Key Responsibilities/Mission

      • Preparation of the variance analysis and summary of actual results for the month/quarter and addressed to the Group CFO and Group President and ultimately to Transit management.
      • Preparation of the monthly analysis and summary of forecast addressed to the Group CFO and Group President and ultimately to Transit management.
      • Active participation to the Closing and Forecasting reviews as business partner, supporting Product Line & Group CFO in challenging and driving the Business results in terms of Sales, Operating Margin, EBIT and Cash.
      • Key stakeholder in preparing, reviewing and finalizing annual budget exercise and also the long term strategic plan (STRAP).
      • Preparation of ad hoc financial analysis (bridges, deep dives, provisions analysis, etc.) as required by P/L/RSC/Transit/Corporate management.
      • Providing support to the sites for continuous improvement initiatives, including policies and processes harmonization.
      • Ensuring compliance with Wabtec policies on project accounting and follow up of S&O requirement as required.
      • Ensuring a permanent link between Corporate, Transit and the sites, helping in understanding guidelines and target.
      • Participation to Project Reviews for critical Projects and CMIP follow up.
      • Support to HR/IT/Transit Division in Costs follow up and gap analysis vs Budget.

      Desired Skills/Qualifications

      • Business school (Master 2) or Engineering school
      • Minimum 8 years experience in similar positions, in international environment/multinational companies
      • Full proficiency in Professional English
      • Reporting tools knowledge (Hyperion Financial Management Sytem will be a plus)
      • Proven experience in long-term projects accounting will be a plus
      • Very strong analytical skills
      • Advanced excel skills
      • The candidate must equally demonstrate accuracy and rigor, problem solving, & influential skills
      • Ability to work under pressure with stretched deadlines
