  Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain in-app dynamic solutions, including Mini Program and others.
  • Design and build libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications, speed up development efficiency and improve code quality.
  • Define and implement architecture standards and best practices.
  • Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale.

  
  

  Requirements:

  • No academic degree is required; candidates are evaluated purely on technical depth and capability.
  • Strong in JavaScript and Node.js, with 4+ years of experience designing and implementing JavaScript frameworks or libraries, and excellent hands-on coding skills.
  • Experience with native dynamic solutions such as Mini Programs and React Native, with a solid understanding of their internal mechanisms and performance optimization.
  • Deep understanding of the underlying architecture and rendering principles of modern UI frameworks such as React or Vue.
  • Proven expertise in building frontend infrastructure or tooling, including improving developer efficiency and quality using tools like esbuild, Webpack, Parcel, and Vite.
  • Strong track record in at least one advanced area, such as compiler and runtime development for DSLs, or server-side Node.js frameworks and server-side rendering (SSR).
