Be part of a close-knit development team working on the Telia ACE suite, focused on delivering seamless customer experiences.
Contribute to the development of a unified identity and access platform that enables secure authentication, user management, and login across all ACE applications.
Take part not only in hands-on development but also in architectural and design decisions that shape the platform’s future.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team including a Product Owner, Scrum Master, developers, QA, and designer to build cohesive and user-friendly solutions.
A driven, positive, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with a collaborative spirit - you enjoy sharing knowledge, coaching teammates, and working together to deliver high-quality products.
5-8 years of experience as a full-stack developer, with strong skills in Node.js and TypeScript; experience or interest in Rust is a bonus.
Solid hands-on experience with cloud environments, microservices, and containerized infrastructure using Kubernetes, along with a deep understanding of cloud service design and deployment best practices.
Familiarity with identity and access management concepts (authentication, authorization, federation), and a foundational interest in front-end development.

I’m Alexander Angerbjörn, managing the ACE Front-End Development team within the Global ACE Product Unit. We’re driving the evolution of Telia ACE - a leading customer service solution in the Nordics, designed for seamless customer meetings and smart conversations. The platform includes everything from AI-powered chatbots and smart FAQs to live video and phone calls, and serves customers across banking, insurance, utilities, and healthcare sectors.
We’re now looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who’s ready to grow with us and help shape the future of customer service. You’ll join a skilled and collaborative team, contributing to new and enhanced functionality that supports our vision to maintain a market-leading position and deliver best-in-class user experiences.
