What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop technical solutions that meet user needs regarding functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability
- Oversee proactive maintenance of existing IaaS/SaaS and on-premise applications in the Digital Banking sector
- Coordinate and assist with troubleshooting of code defects, data errors, and configuration issues
- Drive departmental best practices and adhere to standards for software development
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience
- Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js
- Proficiency in REST APIs, microservices architecture, and messaging queues (Kafka)
- Familiarity with security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, SSL, data encryption)
- Experience in database design and query optimization, including SQL and NoSQL databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6–10 years of software development experience
- Front-end skills in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with AWS cloud platform and event-driven architecture
- Familiarity with unit testing and TDD/BDD methodologies
