What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently manage and adjust a wide range of general liability claims, including customer injury, property damage, and product liability matters
- Provide support for attorney-represented pre-litigation claims
- Conduct thorough investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and administration of claims
- Assist with claims-related support, regulatory matters, subpoenas, discovery, and invoicing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a general liability claims analyst/examiner
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in customer service
- Knowledge of tort, contract/indemnity, and insurance issues, along with medical and legal terminology
- Strong computer skills with an understanding of Microsoft Office and Risk Management or claims management systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
