- Identify and understand customers’ unmet and unarticulated pain points, while working proactively and closely with business stakeholders, and drive the development of innovative products, from opportunity to discovery to design and delivery.
- Collaborate with global product management and marketing teams to discover business requirements for customer problems across market models, participate in product discovery activities, and take part in prioritization efforts.
- Lead and participate in discovery workshops and ongoing interaction with key stakeholders to develop functional (regulatory / market based) and non-functional (UX, scalability, performance, and reliability) requirements.
- Collaborate with technical leadership to identify and resolve technical issues with the software engineering disciplines and review issues with leadership where required.
- Collaborate with program / delivery management to help plan and manage risk.
- You will use your passion for technology and solve customer problems to develop and drive product plans to develop exciting offers for customers.
- You will work with others to drive the customer strategy, working backwards from customers’ paint points, to create product narratives and bring insights to the team with the right business metrics to inform directional strategy.
- You will find solutions to hard problems with constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a data-informed, data-driven, written narrative.
- You will drive multi-market go-to-market plans to deliver results that ensure fulfilment of customer and business goals in operational launch plans, in collaboration with product marketing teams.
- You will work effectively with a team as an excellent facilitator and individual contributor who is self-motivated and comfortable operating with ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing / product management (or equivalent), including experience with a global company.
- Experience within a regulated medical industry, software as a medical device, or other regulated industry, including with integrations and data privacy requirements.
- Experience with facial scanning technologies a plus.
- Understanding of product requirements building and software product development processes, as well as experience with agile development methodologies.
- Experience prioritizing and managing project initiatives across multiple functions using strong analytical, systems thinking, problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Master’s degree
- Experience managing multi-market products across the Americas, Europe and Asia.

The Senior Global Product Manager will create solutions that support patients and healthcare providers in insured and direct-to-consumer markets to enable the digital transformation of their customer workflows and patient management across sleep and respiratory care. You will collaborate with broad range internal teams to understand customer workflows and problems at various stages of the patient journey, translate them into requirements representing business value, and drive providing that solution to our customers.
In addition to your obsession for our customers, the role is data-driven and develops a deep knowledge of our business and market. You will have the opportunity to define customer experience and product features based on a strategic vision, requirements gathering and feature performance evaluation and iteration. The role also requires building strong working relationships with Engineering, UX, Delivery Management, Marketing, Privacy, Regulatory, Legal, and other product management teams.
As a technology leader, you possess customer empathy and technical foresight to drive a leap in innovation and technology development. You will work in dynamic development teams collaborating with engineering/product development and will have a strong focus to drive the direction of ResMed products, from understanding customers’ pain points to conceptualizing solutions and discovering requirements through to design and delivery. Specifically, you will work with other Product Managers across the digital and hardware teams to build out the digital platform strategy, with the aim of digitizing patient onboarding, supporting them through their therapy journey and evolving management of these patients to seamless remote patient monitoring in the ResMed ecosystem.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.
Base Pay Range for this position:
$138,000 - $173,000
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
