What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop high-quality, integrated, cross-functional project plans aligned with the overall program strategy
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability among project teams
- Drive the timely completion of annual goals and input to the Global Product Strategy
- Conduct risk management and develop contingency plans as necessary
- Coordinate activities with external business partners to achieve successful outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR
- Master’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience OR
- Associate’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR
- High school diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Drug development experience with a strong background in core drug development and commercialization functions
- Program and project management skills in a healthcare-related environment
- Emotional intelligence with the ability to influence without authority
- Experience using Project Management tools and methodologies specific to the Biopharmaceutical Industry
