      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary interface liaison with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) regarding compliance and audit activities
      - Prepare and analyze the annual Incurred Cost Submission and unallowable reviews
      - Drive the preparation of Forward Pricing Rate Proposals and monitor monthly rates, including variance analysis
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on government accounting compliance
      - Stay updated with changes in government accounting regulations and communicate updates to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS in Accounting/Finance or related field with five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education
      - 3-5 years of experience in a finance role within government contracting
      - Expertise in government accounting regulations, including FAR, DFARs, and CAS
      - Experience developing/auditing annual incurred cost submissions and supporting DCMA and DCAA audits
      - Proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Office software, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Costpoint (Deltek System)
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective follow-up on unresolved issues
      - Strong understanding of confidentiality matters
      - Ability to adapt to change and consider new approaches in resolving issues
