What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, write, and submit grant proposals for foundation, corporation, and government funding
- Conduct prospect research on funding opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in Raiser’s Edge donor software
- Provide grant technical support to team members
- Prepare post-award documentation and participate in grant pre-bid conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to grant writing or human services from an accredited university
- Three to Five years of successful experience in grant writing and administration
- Experience in a social services related non-for-profit agency
- Knowledge of grant writing
- Skills in project management, written communication, and teamwork
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge CRM system
- Experience planning and delivering grant-writing workshops
