What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop scroll-stopping creative that drives engagement on social media platforms
- Translate key messages into creative concepts and designs
- Ensure consistent communication to various audiences, in line with brand standards
- Solve complex communication needs through visual solutions that drive engagement
- Consult with internal client partners on tactical and creative approaches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a portfolio or portfolio link
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative services position
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency with Figma and front-end design/development
- Proficiency in HTML5 animation and video editing for social media
- Familiarity with web accessibility (WCAG AA-tier)
- Working knowledge of Outlook email client and template design
- Demonstrated talent for design and digital storytelling
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Webflow or similar no-code webpage building tool
