      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement and coordinate management programs, policies, and compliance systems for client sites and new startups
      - Conduct comprehensive grounds site assessments and lead corrective plans for deficiencies
      - Perform Quality Assurance (QA) Assessments and Safety Audits to maintain service standards
      - Build and maintain project timelines and budgets, providing regular status reports
      - Collaborate with clients to ensure customer needs are met and satisfaction is achieved

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a grounds-related field or 10 years of grounds management experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to define and implement change strategies
      - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Must be willing to travel 85% of the time across various regions of the country
