      Overview:

      The Senior Grow Specialist has a pivotal role in the GROW Team: dedicated to the global Business Unit Integrated Dental Technologies (IDT) of StraumannGroup’s digital and orthodontic business, the Senior Grow Specialist will lead the assessment of today’s organization design and determine the agenda in terms of Talent, Engagement and Culture, in strong partnership with the Workforce Strategy. This includes the analysis of aggregated data, deriving the insights to determine the key outcomes of Talent Management, Engagement, Learning & Culture initiatives through and with the help of colleagues/communities from the business. The job holder will be a member of the Grow team HQ & Global Functions and part of the Global GROW Community of Practice (COP).

      Key Responsibilities

      • Planning & Data Intelligence

      In partnership with the Workforce Strategy & Headcount team, assess current global organizational design to determine the GROW agenda across the different entities / regions.

      Lead the key talent & people metrics for the unit: conduct, track and report insights to support data-informed decisions in Talent Management and Grow strategies.

      Collecting data to summarize key takeaways and themes from analysis.

      Drive outcomes through the following elements:

      • Talent Management

      Drive the Talent management agenda, partnering with the GROW team, Global & local HR BPs, other center of excellences as well as business leaders

      Drive outcomes related to engagement, learning and culture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global learning offerings.

      Foster an environment of inclusivity and diversity, promoting initiatives that attract, retain, and develop diverse talent pools.

      Support the design and delivery of development programs, workshops, and training sessions that are tailored to the specific talent needs of the Business unit

      • Engagement initiatives

      Manage and promote employee engagement initiatives, ensuring that the global unit remains a great place to work.

      Support employee surveys, feedback collection, and action plans to measure and enhance overall engagement and job satisfaction.

      • Culture: Community Building & Culture Development

      Develop and maintain communities focused on key areas such as culture, learning & development, and talent initiatives to promote engagement across the business unit

      Coordinate and facilitate culture-building events, workshops, and activities that reinforce the company’s values and strengthen cross-functional relationships.

      Act as a key ambassador for the organization’s culture, ensuring alignment between talent initiatives and the desired organizational culture.

      Qualification & Requirements

      Qualifications for a Talent Analyst often include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or Statistics. Between 5 -10 years of experience in talent management, human resources, or organizational development. They should possess skills in MS-Office tools, HRIS systems (preferably SuccessFactors). Additionally, proven track record in data analysis and reporting as well as supporting operational talent programs, including performance management, succession planning, and development initiatives.

      • Experience in building and maintaining communities focused on organizational culture, employee engagement, or learning & development.
      • Proficiency in digital tools and SAP Success Factor system, with a demonstrated digital savviness and a proactive approach towards adopting new technologies.
      • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
      • Communication and Articulation: The ability to clearly convey complex data insights and strategies to various stakeholders.
      • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Analyzing data to understand complex issues and develop actionable solutions.
      • Adaptability and Flexibility: Being able to adjust to new tools, methodologies, and data sources while being able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
      • Proactivity and Creativity: Forward thinking with a proactive and creative approach; thinking outside the box to create opportunities and innovative solutions
