What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive proficiency and effective use of core Go-To-Market tools across pre-sales teams
- Design and implement training programs to align technical features with sales workflows
- Lead enablement for revenue execution platforms to standardize forecasting and improve deal inspection
- Promote data literacy by training the field on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify and mitigate friction points in Go-To-Market workflows to enhance efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems Enablement within a high-growth SaaS company
- Deep functional knowledge of core GTM platforms, including Salesforce and Outreach
- Strong ability to map systems and workflows to business outcomes
- Proven success in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a focus on coaching and continuous improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional GTM platforms like Gong/ZRA, Aviso, Spotlight, and Looker
- Familiarity with change management processes and user feedback integration
