  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Build, maintain, and improve financial models to forecast self-serve ARR
  - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to evaluate the impact of campaigns and product changes
  - Conduct ad-hoc strategic analyses to identify growth opportunities in acquisition, expansion, retention, and monetization
  - Set targets and track key self-serve KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals
  - Participate in the annual planning process through topline target setting
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  - 4+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, strategic finance, or a related field, preferably with high-growth B2B or B2C SaaS businesses
  - Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret models that guide decision-making
  - Solid understanding of self-serve and product-led growth business models
  - Excellent communication skills to convey complex analyses in a clear manner
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with SQL, Python, time series modeling, or data analytics
  - Familiarity with key SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, CAC/LTV, and unit economics
  - Curiosity in exploring conversion funnel dynamics and customer behavior
  - Willingness to learn new technical skills and stay updated on emerging technologies like AI
