      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the full-cycle recruiting process for sales roles, including Account Executives, solutions, Business Development Representatives, and sales leadership
      - Partner directly with the VP Sales and sales leaders as their trusted talent partner
      - Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive, competitive, diverse talent
      - Champion the employer's brand and value proposition in candidate conversations and outreach
      - Drive structured, inclusive hiring processes that enable fair, high-quality decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of Go-To-Market (GTM) recruiting experience, with a focus on sales roles at high-growth startups
      - Proven success hiring enterprise sales representatives (AEs and sales leadership) for companies building enterprise-grade SaaS
      - Experience hiring Business Development Representatives, pre-sales solutions, and customer-facing GTM leadership roles
      - Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers alike
      - Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable owning recruiting end-to-end

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of the audit and advisory industry and/or prior experience placing candidates into the space
